We are a non-profit community facility, with well qualified, considerate staff, whose focus is to improve the quality of lives in our community through varied, effective and affordable exercise options. This opportunity that we have, to improve the lives of our community, is the pure driving force behind our facility and the tremendous value of volunteers, sponsors and staff cannot be underestimated, because it’s due to them, past and present, that we have such a healthy, thriving, community facility.
